Data Deletion Instructions
Use the steps below to disconnect a social account or request deletion of information associated with XBEATHOUSE services.
1. Disconnect a social account from XBEATHOUSE Social Promotion
If you are an authorized operator using XBEATHOUSE Social Promotion, open the application, go to Accounts, select the connected account, and choose Disconnect Selected. The application is designed to remove the local account connection record and locally stored OAuth access/refresh credentials for that connection.
2. Revoke access at the platform
You may also revoke XBEATHOUSE Social Promotion's access from the connected platform's own account, business, security, or app-integration settings. Revoking access at the platform prevents future API access using that authorization.
3. Request deletion by email
To request deletion of personal information or platform data held by XBEATHOUSE, email info@xbeathouse.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
Please include enough information to identify the relevant connection, such as the platform name and Page/account name or username. Do not send your password, App Secret, access token, or other authentication secret by email.
4. What we will delete
After reasonable verification of the request, we will delete personal information and platform data under XBEATHOUSE's control that is no longer required for an active service, security need, legal obligation, dispute, or other legitimate retention purpose. This may include locally stored OAuth credentials, connected-account records, and associated application metadata.
5. What deletion does not automatically remove
Disconnecting the application or deleting local connection data does not automatically delete posts, comments, media, messages, or other content already stored on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or another third-party platform. Those items must be deleted through the applicable platform or through an available authorized content-management function.
6. Retention exceptions
Limited backup, security, fraud-prevention, audit, or legal records may be retained for a reasonable period when necessary and permitted by law. Where possible, retained information will be limited to what is necessary for that purpose.
7. Confirmation
We may request reasonable verification before processing a deletion request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any lawful reason that prevents full deletion.
